Declan and his team helped us draw up fabulous plans for our new extension and were very patient and helpful in making changes, talking through options and guiding us through everything. They happily made many copies of the plans for us and were able to send files digitally too which was a huge help. We made our planning submission through 3DS Designs and it all went very smoothly and Declan made sure we were kept up to date throughout the process. We haven't finished the build yet but the floor plans, elevation drawings etc have been well received by our builder and his team and we are absolutely delighted with the design, the process and the build so far.
